SHACHAH is…
Shachah is a Hebrew word that is translated as ‘worship’ in most English Bible Version. It is the first mention of worship in the Bible, in Genesis 22:5.
It literally means to ‘bow down’, ‘fall down flat’, ‘do obeisance’, ‘do reverence’, or ‘prostate’ in homage to God. Worshipping God therefore is not about slow songs, or an environment that hypes emotions — it is about recognizing God for who He is, and lovingly reverence Him.
This is what Shachah Worship Experiences are all about. We want, with God’s help, bring people back to honoring God in the right way.
